About Us

Fraser Way PreKast Ltd. is a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of precast concrete products, incorporated in 1970. The company was purchased by a new group of partners in April of 2004.  The new group has seen the company grow from a small producer of precast septic tanks and related products to a larger, more sophisticated and innovative manufacturer of various concrete components and systems, most notably wastewater and rainwater management solutions, that are sold locally and in other parts of B.C. 

To that effect FWP Acquisition has purchased yet another concrete/ready mix plant, Hyland Precast Inc. in Courtenay, B.C.. Hyland has its own batch plant and a full range of crushers for its gravel pit operations. To handle our sales requirements for both locations we have a distribution network of dealers throughout the province of British Columbia and also retail our products from our head office in Langley, B.C. and our Courtenay location.

With our combined companies we now offer a broad range of wastewater products as well as civil underground products and can assist with all estimating, costing and specifying requirements, as we have an Engineer on staff.  Fraser Way and Hyland have complete price books available for engineers and contractors but please call for individual quotations on large projects. The company will continue to expand their introduction of new products and technology related to the concrete industry.
